About Magnolia Tree CareRooted in care.
Guided by understanding.

Founded by Dillon Corson and Morgan Carter, Magnolia Tree Care exists for one reason: trees shape the places we call home, and caring for them deserves thought, attention, and a view beyond today.

Why we started Magnolia

A living part of your property.
A longer view of care.

Our approach begins with observation: the tree, its growing conditions, and the way you use the space around it. Clear recommendations should connect those pieces.

Sometimes the next step is pruning. Sometimes it is a closer look at the soil, a change to the site, or time spent monitoring. The reason behind a recommendation matters as much as the work itself.

That thinking became AIM: Arbor Intelligence & Monitoring: a documented baseline for your trees, re-checked the same way over time. AIM was developed by Dillon Corson and is operated through Magnolia Tree Care.

The people behind Magnolia

Meet our founders.

Magnolia Tree Care was founded by Dillon Corson and Morgan Carter—two people who believe trees deserve patience, curiosity, and honest advice.

Dillon Corson co-founded Magnolia Tree Care with Morgan Carter to bring a more thoughtful, science-based kind of tree care to Jonesboro and Northeast Arkansas.

Dillon is an ISA Board Certified Master Arborist®, holds the ISA Tree Risk Assessment Qualification (TRAQ), and is a TCIA Certified Treecare Safety Professional (CTSP). Those credentials shape how every property is approached: look closely at the whole system—soil, roots, structure, and canopy—explain what is there in plain language, and recommend only the work a tree actually needs.

  • Pursuing ISA Arborist Certification

Morgan Carter co-founded Magnolia Tree Care alongside Dillon Corson, bringing a genuine love of the outdoors and a real curiosity about how trees live, grow, and respond to the places we build around them.

Morgan is currently pursuing her ISA Arborist Certification, building the knowledge behind the work one season at a time. For Morgan, good tree care starts with noticing—and with helping tree owners feel informed and confident about the trees they care for.

Our philosophy

Care, with purpose.

01 / Understanding

Start with the whole tree.

Connect visible symptoms with roots, soil, structure, and the surrounding environment.

02 / Stewardship

Think beyond today.

Consider future growth, site use, and long-term tree health when making decisions.

03 / Communication

Make the reasoning clear.

Explain the options, the limits of what is known, and the purpose of the proposed work.

Let’s start with a conversation
