Transparent tree care

Know what you’re paying for.
See that it’s done.

We use ArborNote, a tree mapping and inventory app, to record every tree on your property, plan the work, and show you the results. You get the work order by email on every job.

The problem

Vague quotes. No proof.

Most people have never seen a clear record of tree work. It’s hard to judge a price, or know what was done, when nothing is written down.

  • “Trim the trees.”

Which trees? How much? A job described in three words leaves a lot of room for surprises.

  • A number, no scope.

A price without a clear list of the work makes it hard to compare quotes or know what you’re buying.

  • No record afterward.

Once the crew leaves, there’s often nothing to show what was done, or to guide the next visit.

Our answer

One record, from first visit to every visit after.

Six steps, one shared record. Scroll through how a job works.

  1. 01

    Map and inventory every tree

We map and inventory the trees on your property in ArborNote, so every tree has its own place on the map and its own record.

ArborNote sample inventory: each square is one tree.
  2. 02

    Build the management plan

That inventory becomes a management plan for your trees and property: what needs attention now, what can wait, and what to watch.

  3. 03

A clear work order, by email

You get the work order by email on every job, so you can see exactly which trees are included and what’s being done.

  4. 04

Crews work from the same order

Our crews use ArborNote in the field, working from that same order, and document the work with before-and-after photos.

  5. 05

    You see the scope delivered

You get the before-and-after photos and full delivery of the scope of work: what was agreed is what gets done.

  6. 06

    History that builds over time

Each visit adds to the record, so history builds for every tree and property, year after year.

The method behind the record

AIM: Arbor Intelligence & Monitoring is how we decide what to record and how to use it: a baseline, the same measurements over time, and a re-check after the work. ArborNote is the software we use to capture those records and share them with you.

How AIM works

Every tree gets a record

Your property, tree by tree.

This is the idea behind a tree inventory. Tap a numbered tree to see the kind of record we keep. Illustrative example, not a client record.
